Fee Waiver and Installment Payments
If your income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines, you may qualify for a filing fee waiver (eliminating the fee entirely). If waiver is not available, installment payments are allowed. The income thresholds are [VERIFY]. Ask your bankruptcy court clerk about the waiver application (Form B 103B).
